Cancellations & Reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules requested at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full reschedule or refund.

Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without prior notice are non-refundable, though a reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

Completed Sessions

Completed consultations are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your session, please contact us and we will do our best to address them fairly.
